This role would be support the Epic Willow Ambulatory and Willow Inpatient modules for ProHealth Care. As the analyst, supporting Epic Willow Ambulatory and Willow Inpatient you will help to design, develop and maintain the pharmacy related pieces of Epic.


You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Epic application design, development, maintenance activities of applications under direct purview
  • Collaborate with end users to design Epic Inpatient Willow workflows by suggesting corrective adjustments or enhancements
  • Serve as a mentor, resource, and advisor for team members
  • Lead all phases (e.g. design, build and testing) of small to medium size application projects including Epic software upgrades, adoption of new Epic functionality and/or significant enhancements to integrated workflows
  • Epic Certification in Willow Ambulatory, Willow Inventory, and Willow Inpatient
  • Willow Inventory work:
    • Updating/maintaining Inventory locations based on ticket requests
    • Building PRD Records as necessary
  • Willow:
    • Ability to build ERX records
    • Ability to support SureScripts and ADS cabinets
    • Ability to modify/build order sets
    • Knowledge on Epic/Willow Security
    • Ability to troubleshoot various pharmacy issues - including problems in dispensing
    • Monthly FDB Med loads (Potential back up)
    • Quarterly cost and HCPCs updates (Potential Back up)
    • Knowledge of Billing Error Queues
    • Medication Charging expertise

Required Qualifications:

  • Epic Willow Ambulatory Certification (Accreditation is acceptable)
  • Epic Willow Inventory Certification (Accreditation is acceptable)
  • Epic Willow Inpatient Certification (Accreditation is acceptable)
  • 3 years of experience collaborating with end users to design Epic Inpatient Willow workflows by suggesting corrective adjustments or enhancements 
  • Experience leading all phases (e.g. design, build and testing) of small to medium size application projects including Epic software upgrades, adoption of new Epic functionality and/or significant enhancements to integrated workflows

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $91,700 to $163,700 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
