Job description

Guidacent is seeking a Program Leader to oversee enterprise Epic EHR implementation support for a large-scale, multi-agency healthcare transformation initiative. This role leads governance, execution, and alignment across stakeholders, vendors, and delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end program execution across planning, build, testing, go-live, and optimization phases
  • Manage scope, schedule, budget, and risk for complex multi-entity Epic initiatives
  • Drive program governance, including executive reporting and steering committees
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (clinical, technical, training, operations)
  • Oversee vendor and subcontractor performance and contractual deliverables
  • Ensure alignment with state/federal healthcare regulations and standards
  • Support multi-agency coordination and stakeholder engagement
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years in program leadership for healthcare IT or Epic implementations
