Location: Fully Remote (United States)
Job Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $55,000-$90,000+ annually (Base Salary + Commission + Performance Bonuses)

We're looking for an experienced pest management professional who wants to transition from the field into a consultative sales role while working from home.
Industry experience is required. We're specifically seeking experienced pest control professionals ready for the next stage of their careers.
This Isn't Customer Service.
This is professional, consultative sales.
There is no cold calling. Every opportunity comes from customers who have already contacted Freedom Pest Control.
You won't read scripts. You'll use your pest management knowledge to understand customer concerns, recommend the right protection plan, and confidently ask for the business.
Responsibilities
  • Convert inbound phone calls and web inquiries into scheduled services
  • Ask discovery questions to identify customer needs
  • Recommend pest management services and recurring membership programs
  • Explain pricing, service options, and agreements
  • Prepare proposals and follow up on opportunities
  • Document customer activity using PestPac, Smarter Launch, and other company systems
  • Work closely with Operations to deliver an outstanding customer experience
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales goals
Qualifications
Required
  • Pest control industry experience as a Technician, Inspector, Route Manager, Commercial Professional, or Sales Representative
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable discussing pricing and asking for the sale
  • Strong computer skills
  • Reliable high-speed internet
  • Dedicated home office or quiet workspace
Preferred
  • PestPac experience
  • Inside or consultative sales experience
  • State pesticide licenses
  • ACE or other industry certifications
  • Experience selling recurring pest management or membership programs
