We are growing and seeking a highly driven, detail-oriented Support Services Specialist to join our remote support team. If you're all about working fast, helping customers and you take pride in offering outstanding service, then this is the job for you.
Summary of Position
The Support Services Specialist is the primary point of contact for clients, field technicians and internal departments. Responsibilities include answering client inquiries, arranging service requests, keeping accurate records, and assisting with daily operational duties.
The ideal candidate would have good organizational skills and excellent communications skills with a desire to provide outstanding customer experiences while working independently in a remote environment.
Key tasks
Customer Support
Professionally handle incoming client requests by phone, email, chat and other online communication methods.
Assist customers with scheduling, service requests, account modifications, billing inquiries and general support needs.
Detailed information on company services, service strategies and working practices will be provided.
Deliver a great customer experience, deal with client issues quickly and effectively.
Refer transfer problem matters to the appropriate department when necessary.
Coordination of Service
Assist with scheduling changes and service appointment coordination.
Connect Customers to Field Service Technicians.
Follow up and track service requests for prompt closure.
Assistance with appointment confirmation, follow-up and consumer alerts.
Administrative Support
Keep consumer information in company systems.
Process, Account and Service Updates Docs
Company policies regarding data integrity.
Assist with operational reporting and administrative duties as required.

Skills & Experience Needed:
High School diploma or GED required.

Can handle several projects and prioritize work. Comfortable and able to operate independently in a totally remote work environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and web-based software solutions.
