Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will be responsible for the following:

• Conducting engaging and compassionate individual therapy sessions via video conferencing.
• Employing evidence-based, solution-focused treatment modalities tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
• Creating, implementing, and monitoring individualized treatment plans.
• Helping clients gain insights into their thoughts, emotions, and interpersonal relationships through effective therapeutic techniques.
• Assessing client progress regularly and adjusting treatment plans accordingly to foster healthy coping strategies.
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of sessions in accordance with regulatory standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The ideal candidate will primarily work with stable, low-acuity adults who present a variety of mental health needs. This demographic often includes individuals facing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and adjustment challenges. Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• A current and unrestricted license as one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• No provisional licenses or disciplinary actions on record.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, accompanied by a compassionate approach.
• Proficiency in digital tools and technology to facilitate remote counseling.

Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, having experience in the following areas will be advantageous:

• Providing therapy in a virtual setting.
• Working with diverse client populations and understanding their unique needs.
