Qualifications
  • Possess a current and independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
  • Hold a masterโ€™s or doctorโ€™s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
  • Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and therapeutic relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds.
  • Exemplify cultural competence with the ability to effectively engage with individuals from varying ethnicities and life experiences.
  • Showcase exceptional organizational skills to manage client documentation ensure timely record-keeping.
Preferred Experience
  • Direct experience in community mental health settings, preferably working with clients from diverse and underserved populations.
  • Familiarity with trauma-informed care and evidence-based therapeutic frameworks such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Motivational Interviewing.
