Within ACM, the HealthCast™ portfolio delivers intelligent patient monitoring through wearables, remote monitoring, analytics, and connectivity solutions.
As the Global Senior Downstream Product Marketing leader for Remote Monitoring & Analytics, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and scaling one of the most strategic growth vectors for the business globally. This is a unique opportunity to lead the commercialization of next-generation remote monitoring and analytics capabilities, transforming how care is delivered across settings and geographies.
You will define how Medtronic brings these solutions to market-crafting differentiated value propositions, building scalable commercial models, and driving adoption across diverse healthcare systems worldwide. You will also explore and operationalize innovative business models, refine winning commercial approaches, and help establish best-in-class go-to-market practices for digital health.

A Day in The Life
You will lead how remote monitoring and analytics are commercialized, scaled, and continuously optimized across global markets. This includes defining segment-specific value propositions, designing persona-based engagement strategies, and building repeatable commercial playbooks that drive adoption and growth.
You will partner cross-functionally across upstream marketing, medical affairs, regional teams, and commercial leaders to ensure solutions are not only innovative, but market-ready, economically viable, and operationally scalable.
This role combines product ownership with advanced marketing strategy, with accountability for both what we build and how we win in the market.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
Commercial Strategy, Product Ownership & Execution
  • Lead global commercialization strategy for remote monitoring and analytics, including positioning, messaging, and go-to-market models
  • Design and refine innovative business models (e.g., SaaS, platform-based, outcomes-driven) to accelerate adoption and scale
  • Own launch planning and execution for Vital Sync™, ensuring global readiness and commercial success across markets
  • Define how solutions are packaged, priced, and deployed to meet diverse market needs
  • Develop segmentation and targeting strategies, including persona-based marketing approaches for clinicians, administrators, and IT stakeholders
  • Build repeatable commercialization playbooks that drive consistent execution and scalable growth
  • Lead product training and field enablement to ensure teams can effectively sell and support solutions

Market Development & Evidence
  • Develop and continuously evolve the global value proposition, tailored by segment, persona, and care setting
  • Identify priority segments and unmet needs, translating insights into targeted demand generation strategies
  • Translate complex clinical, operational, and economic data into compelling, persona-specific value stories
  • Lead initiatives to overcome adoption barriers, including workflow integration, ROI clarity, and stakeholder alignment
  • Partner with Medical Affairs to drive evidence generation and thought leadership that supports market expansion
  • Monitor competitive dynamics and emerging trends to continuously refine positioning and commercial approach

Globalization & Regional Collaboration
  • Partner closely with regional teams to localize and execute global strategies, ensuring relevance and impact across markets
  • Drive adoption by aligning segmentation, messaging, and commercial tactics with regional market dynamics
  • Support global revenue planning and opportunity sizing based on clear segment prioritization
  • Ensure consistent global execution while enabling flexibility for market-specific innovation
  • Accelerate cross-franchise integration of remote monitoring capabilities within ACM

Upstream Partnership & Roadmap Influence
In collaboration with the upstream marketing manager,
  • Bring forward deep customer, segment, and persona insights to influence product roadmap and platform evolution
  • Establish a strong feedback loop between commercialization and product development to ensure market-led innovation
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to align on future business models, platform strategy, and growth opportunities

Must Have: Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant marketing/product management experience OR advanced degree with 5 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in digital health, healthcare technology, or medical devices marketing

Nice to Have
  • Strong experience in global downstream marketing and commercialization strategy
  • Experience with remote monitoring, analytics, or SaaS/platform-based healthcare solutions
  • Proven ability to develop and execute segmentation, targeting, and persona-based marketing strategies
  • Experience exploring or launching new business models (e.g., SaaS, subscription, value-based models)
  • Demonstrated success translating complex data into clear, compelling market narratives
  • Experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders in a global, matrixed organization
  • MBA or advanced degree in business, life sciences, or healthcare

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD):$133,600.00 - $200,400.00
This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).
The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).
The following benefits and additional compensation are available to those regular employees who work 20+ hours per week: Health, Dental and vision insurance, Health Savings Account, Healthcare Flexible Spending Account, Life insurance, Long-term disability leave, Dependent daycare spending account, Tuition assistance/reimbursement, and Simple Steps (global well-being program).
