This fully remote position offers flexible scheduling, structured training, and pre-scheduled client consultations-no cold outreach or door-to-door sales required. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with clients using Zoom
  • Identify client needs and guide them through available benefit options
  • Explain coverage details and enrollment steps clearly and professionally
  • Maintain accurate digital records and manage follow-up communication
  • Provide exceptional client service while building long-term relationships
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions and team meetings to strengthen skills
Qualifications
