• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine clients' mental health status and individual needs.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that integrate evidence-based methods tailored to each client's unique circumstances.
• Engage with clients through regular sessions, providing support and coping strategies essential for their mental health journeys.
• Utilize therapeutic modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, and other approaches according to client needs.
• Coordinate care by collaborating with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and medical providers, for integrated treatment solutions.
• Document client interactions and progress accurately in our EHR system to ensure continuity of care and compliance.

Our clients represent a diverse range of backgrounds and experiences, with various mental health conditions including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. As a Mental Health Counselor at Ultimate Energy Wellness Center, you will empower individuals and families to navigate their challenges and achieve their personal growth goals in a safe, supportive environment.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• A current and valid license as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW in the state of California.
• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in mental health counseling, with a solid grasp of mental health disorders and treatment approaches.
• Proven ability to deliver culturally competent care and demonstrate an understanding of different populations and their needs.
• Strong crisis intervention skills, with the capacity to remain composed and effective under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building rapport with clients and collaborating with colleagues.

• Experience providing group therapy and facilitating workshops is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and client management.
• Background in working with telehealth or virtual therapy modalities, enhancing access to mental health services.

This role offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $104,000 annually, along with a potential sign-on bonus of up to $1,000.
