As an LCSW at Wisdom Wave Mental Wellness, you will undertake a diverse range of responsibilities aimed directly at improving patient outcomes:

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to gauge the mental health needs of each patient and develop personalized treatment plans, utilizing best practices and solution-focused interventions.
• Administer evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to address the unique challenges faced by each client.
• Document and maintain clinical records with utmost accuracy, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations, while contributing to quality assurance measures that enhance overall care delivery.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team that includes psychiatrists, psychologists, and other social workers, fostering an integrated approach to patient care.
• Engage in regular case consultations and peer review meetings, where you can share insights and strategies that contribute to your continued professional development.
• Provide education and resources to patients and their families, equipping them with the knowledge necessary to navigate mental health issues and treatment options effectively.
• Stay abreast of developments in the mental health field by integrating current research into your practice for the benefit of your clients and the organization.

Your clients will encompass a diverse array of individuals seeking support through the detox process, many of whom may be grappling with substance use disorders or co-occurring mental health conditions. You will play a critical role in helping these individuals navigate their recovery journey, providing the empathy, understanding, and professional guidance that is essential for healing.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required, demonstrating your foundational knowledge in the field.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Texas, showcasing your commitment to maintaining high standards of practice.
• A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience, specifically in providing psychotherapy, where your background will enrich our patient care programs.
