• Deliver evidence-based treatment to clients across diverse backgrounds through telehealth platforms, ensuring therapeutic approaches are appropriately tailored.
• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions when needed.
• Administer mental health evaluations, create personalized treatment plans, and offer ongoing counseling and referral services as necessary.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of client interactions and treatment progress in compliance with federal and state regulations, as well as organizational guidelines.
• Collaborate with other mental health professionals and participate in case consultations to ensure holistic care for clients.

• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) with an active Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) credential in the State of Washington.
• Minimum of 2 years of direct experience in mental health counseling, demonstrating proficiency in evidence-based therapy.
• At least 1 year of experience working in a remote setting, showcasing your ability to engage clients effectively through telehealth.
• Strong IT skills, including comfortable use of telehealth software, electronic health record systems, and communication tools essential for therapy delivery.
• A private, dedicated workspace for conducting counseling sessions without interruptions.

• Familiarity with community health clinic operations and a commitment to serving diverse populations.
• Experience in teletherapy techniques and a deep understanding of telehealth best practices.
• Additional certifications in specialized therapeutic techniques (e.g., CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care) are preferred.

The salary for this position ranges between USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
