Job Summary:

Expected Role & Responsibilities

Leadership Oversight

  • Provide direct leadership for the following IT clinical domains:
    • Nursing
    • Therapies and Rehabilitation
    • Women’s Health
    • Behavioral Health
    • Surgery and Anesthesia
    • Laboratory IT

EMR Strategy & Implementation

  • Serve as the primary IT lead for EMR planning and execution
  • Collaborate closely with:
    • ALKU (implementation partner)
    • QHC leadership

Governance & Alignment

  • Act as a key liaison with QHC governance teams
  • Ensure EMR implementation remains:
    • Strategically aligned
    • Operationally coordinated
    • Clinically effective

Qualifications:

  • Registered Nurse (RN) degree from an accredited school of nursing
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
  • Experience in EMR implementations and healthcare operations
