• Conduct comprehensive ongoing assessments of client needs through interviews, surveys, and relevant documentation to devise effective treatment strategies.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with multidisciplinary teams, including supervisors, direct care staff, and family members, to discuss client progress and treatment modifications.
• Create and manage a strategic schedule of appointments, home visits, and observational assessments to ensure all aspects of client care are met comprehensively.
• Coordinate and conduct necessary home visits, ensuring that observations are documented accurately and reflect the client's current circumstances and needs.
• Monitor the implementation of individualized treatment plans and ensure they are being executed effectively by all relevant parties.
• Participate actively in interdisciplinary team meetings, contributing insights and collaborating on holistic care planning.
• Document monthly and quarterly progress notes to track client advancements and adapt treatment plans accordingly.
• Organize and facilitate training sessions to ensure staff competencies in the implementation of treatment programs and documentation protocols.
• Provide follow-up support through interviews and observations, helping clients navigate their mental health needs.
• Maintain meticulous records and documentation to ensure that client information is readily accessible for referral and support purposes.
• Act as a liaison with external stakeholders, including community organizations and health agencies, to enhance service delivery and community engagement.

The LPCC role at Invasive Care Consultants involves working with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing various mental health challenges. You will address specific issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, and relationship difficulties, promoting overall mental well-being while considering the unique cultural and individual backgrounds of each client.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Possession of an active and unrestricted LPCC license in California.

The annual salary for this position ranges between $90,000 and $100,000, dependent on experience and caseload.
