P OSITION SUMMARY:
  • Process, track, monitor, and renew provider licenses and certifications across a nationwide radiology practice, ensuring compliance with state and federal requirements.
  • Maintain accurate provider data within credentialing systems, uphold confidentiality, and support radiologists throughout the licensing lifecycle.
  • Coordinate DEA and CDS renewals, including submission of required supporting documentation (FSMB, FCVS, AMA profiles).
  • Partner with providers, hospitals, leadership, and external agencies to resolve licensing issues and meet deadlines.

DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
  • 5+ years of experience in provider licensing and credentialing within the healthcare industry (multi-state experience preferred).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines with high attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and credentialing software; strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, research and analyze data, and build effective relationships with providers, staff, and external partners.
  • CPCS (Certified Provider Credentialing Specialist) certification through NAMSS preferred.

COMPENSATION:
The hourly range for this position is $26.00-$31.00. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location. In addition to this range, Radiology Partners offers competitive total rewards packages, which include possible incentive and productivity programs, health & wellness coverage options, 401k benefits, and a broad range of other benefits such as family planning and telehealth (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
