Overview of the Role
  • The Talent Success Generalist delivers day-to-day operations and administrative support across Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, Employee Relations, Employee Data/Compliance, and Performance Management. This role ensures consistent execution of TS processes, maintains accurate employee records, supports employee inquiries, and partners with TS leadership to maintain compliance and a positive employee experience. The Generalist is the backbone of TS operations and plays a critical role in ensuring foundational excellence.
  • You'll stand out if you've worked in a small or growing organization and know how to pair strategic thinking with hands-on execution. CPG experience is a plus. You're curious, adaptable, and energized by getting things done while building trusted and authentic relationships.
  • Location: Hybrid Schedule 3 days in office. Local to one of our office (Schaumburg, IL, Eden Prairie, MN, or Earth City, MO)
  • Salary range $50,000 - $55,000. Exact pay will be based on factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, level, geographic location, and business and organizational needs.

What You'll Do at C.A. Carlin
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Support
  • Post jobs, source candidates, and coordinate interviews.
  • Administer offer letters, conducts pre-employment checks, and new hire onboarding logistics.
  • Facilitate policy acknowledgments and compliance onboarding.

Employee Relations Administration
  • Support ER case intake, documentation, and scheduling.
  • Assist with investigations related tasks (note-taking, file management).
  • Provide administrative support in disciplinary and grievance processes.

Employee Data, Compliance & Risk
  • Maintain accurate HRIS records and employee documentation.
  • Support compliance, audits, workplace standards, and TS policy administration.
  • Ensure employee data privacy and proper record management.

Performance Management Administration
  • Coordinate performance review cycles and goal-setting timelines.
  • Maintain performance documentation and track PIP progress.
  • Provide managers with process-related guidance and reminders.

General Talent Success Support
  • Provide ad-hoc administrative and operational support aligned to Talent Success priorities and evolving business needs.
  • Assist with cross-functional TS initiatives, projects, and process improvements as needed.
  • Support implementation of new programs, tools, or policies to enhance the employee experience and operational efficiency.

  • Familiarity with employment law basics
  • Experience in fast-paced or high-growth environments
