THE ROLE

Our client is seeking an Employee Relations Manager to lead complex employee relations matters across a workforce that includes both salaried and hourly employees. This individual will act as a neutral fact finder and trusted advisor, responsible for conducting thorough and impartial investigations while ensuring fair, consistent, and compliant outcomes. This role requires strong judgement, discretion, and the ability to partner closely with HR leadership, legal, and business stakeholders on sensitive issues.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Lead end to end employee relations investigations involving Title VII and other protected category concerns.

  • Conduct impartial workplace investigations and assess findings, risk, and recommended actions.

  • Partner with HR leadership, legal, and business leaders on sensitive employee matters.

  • Serve as a neutral fact finder and trusted advisor to support fair and compliant outcomes.

  • Provide guidance to managers on employee relations best practices and policy interpretation.

  • Identify trends and recommend proactive solutions to reduce risk and improve workplace practices.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • 5+ years of experience owning employee relations or human resources with a focus on investigations.

  • Strong knowledge of Title VII and other applicable employment laws.

  • Proven ability to conduct thorough, unbiased investigations and make sound recommendations.

  • Experience partnering with HR, legal, and business leadership on complex issues.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust.

  • Strong judgement, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • High level of integrity and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.

Compensation: $120k + 15% bonus
