• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify the emotional, psychological, and social needs of clients, which informs personalized treatment plans.
• Deliver one-on-one therapy sessions using diverse evidence-based modalities tailored to the unique needs of each individual, fostering their personal growth and mental well-being.
• Establish measurable therapeutic goals in collaboration with clients and diligently monitor their progress toward these goals.
• Offer flexible teletherapy options to accommodate clients facing accessibility challenges or geographical barriers.
• Maintain clear and accurate documentation consistent with state regulations and ethical guidelines to uphold the integrity of client care.

Our client population consists of diverse individuals seeking assistance with a range of mental health issues, including, but not limited to: trauma recovery, anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, and stress management. The personalized approach taken at Lifespan Home Counseling recognizes the unique backgrounds and circumstances of each client, allowing therapists to build strong, trust-based therapeutic relationships that lead to effective outcomes.

• Current and valid state licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Psychologist.
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating a capacity for empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time efficiently within the context of a busy caseload.

• Experience working with a diverse client population and familiarity with culturally competent practices is a plus.
• Proven ability to use technology for virtual therapy, documentation, and collaboration.
• Prior involvement in community health initiatives or clinics is desirable.
• Participation in ongoing training in evidence-based treatments such as CBT, DBT, or mindfulness-based approaches.

This role offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000, commensurate with experience and caseload management.
