Experienced client relationship professional responsible for managing employer accounts, delivering strategic guidance, and driving client retention, growth, and satisfaction within the employee benefits and Consumer Driven Healthcare (CDH) space. Partners with employer contacts, conduct strategy sessions, provide product training, identify client needs, and ensure effective utilization of benefit solutions. Proactively and reactively manages client relationships by addressing service concerns, resolving escalations, mitigating retention risks, and strengthening client loyalty. Collaborates across teams to improve processes, enhance the client experience, identify cross-sell opportunities, and support revenue growth. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, adaptability, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities
