In your role as an LCSW, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Delivering high-quality psychotherapy services to a diverse patient population through individual sessions, group therapy, and family counseling.
• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to identify patients' needs, followed by devising personalized treatment plans based on best practices and evidence-based interventions.
• Employing various therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused techniques tailored to individual client needs.
• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation that complies with HIPAA regulations and clinic policies.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary treatment team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to promote integrated and effective patient care.
• Engaging in regular supervision and peer review meetings to refine skills and enhance the quality of care provided.
• Educating clients and their families on mental health issues, treatment options, and available community resources vital for their journey.
• Remaining actively informed on the latest developments and research in the mental health field to continually enhance your clinical practice.

Our clinic serves a varied client base, including children, adolescents, and adults facing mental health disorders ranging from anxiety and depression to trauma-related issues. • A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid and current license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience providing psychotherapy services in individual or group settings.
• Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic modalities, particularly solution-focused approaches.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective interactions with clients and team members alike.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to meet clients' needs effectively.
• Ability to thrive in a team-oriented, remote environment.

• Experience working with school-aged children and their families is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 140,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional compensation includes a sign-on bonus of $3,000 to support your transition to our team. Benefits provided include:
