This position is fully remote, allowing you to conduct sessions from the comfort of your own home. As a member of our telehealth facility, you will utilize modern virtual tools to engage with your clients effectively. Our structured work setting ensures that you have a clear framework and support as you work with pre-screened clients. Enjoy a flexible schedule within our dedicated work hours of Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, promoting a healthy work-life balance.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough mental health assessments to evaluate client's needs, history, and issues.
• Designing, implementing, and managing personalized treatment plans grounded in evidence-based practices.
• Leading therapy sessions aimed at achieving measurable progress and improving client well-being through various therapeutic modalities.
• Providing crisis intervention support, offering immediate assistance and empathetic listening to clients in distress.
• Engaging in reflective supervision and collaborative consultation to enhance your clinical skills and ensure the best outcomes for clients.
• Utilizing health technology platforms to document client progress and treatment outcomes efficiently.

You will primarily work with low-acuity clients who have pre-existing mental health conditions, requiring guidance and therapeutic support. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds and age groups, providing you with the chance to engage with a wide variety of perspectives and experiences. Your ability to establish rapport and foster trust will be essential in creating a safe space for healing and growth.

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

• A valid license in California as an LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or PsyD.
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related field.
• Strong interpersonal skills, coupled with a genuine client-centered approach to therapy.
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively in a remote work setting.

We prefer candidates who have at least two years of direct experience working in a mental health counseling capacity. Familiarity with telehealth systems and a proactive approach to professional development will be an advantage. Experience in crisis intervention and therapeutic techniques targeting diverse client populations is also desirable.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $110,000 to $130,000 annually. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
