This role is exclusively remote, allowing flexibility for counselors to work from the comfort of their home while utilizing a secure and user-friendly telehealth platform. As part of our remote team, you'll have access to advanced technologies that facilitate seamless communication and therapy sessions with clients, ensuring effective care delivery and a supportive digital work environment.

• Conduct weekly evidence-based therapy sessions via secure video conferencing, tailored to the emotional and psychological needs of each client.
• Engage clients in dialogue to help them identify their feelings, behaviors, and goals, and develop personalized treatment plans accordingly.
• Utilize automated symptom self-assessments and goal progress measures to monitor client development and adjust treatment strategies as necessary.
• Document all interactions and treatment plans accurately within the electronic health record (EHR) system in compliance with legal and ethical guidelines.

In this role, you'll work primarily with adults experiencing a wide range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, grief and loss, loneliness, and challenges related to life transitions, medication management, and end-of-life planning. You will play a critical role in helping clients navigate difficult emotions and develop effective coping strategies in a remote setting.

• A Master’s degree in clinical psychology or counseling is required.
• An active Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) credential issued by the State of California.
• Candidates must be well-versed in the principles and methodologies of diagnosing and treating behavioral and mental health disorders.
• Proficient use of computers and telehealth technology is essential; previous telemedicine experience is highly desirable.

• At least 2 years of recent experience providing cognitive behavioral therapy and other evidence-based approaches to individual adults facing challenges such as anxiety and depression.
• Familiarity with tools for remote assessment and therapy delivery that enhance client engagement and treatment outcomes.
