• Perform comprehensive clinical assessments and utilize evidence-based practices to formulate personalized treatment plans tailored to the individual needs of each client.
• Facilitate therapeutic sessions employing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), focusing on fostering clients' resilience and coping strategies.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential clinical records in adherence to HIPAA regulations, demonstrating professionalism and ethical standards in all your interactions.
• Collaborate with a diverse team of professionals to ensure cohesive care; engage regularly in multidisciplinary team meetings to leverage collective expertise for enhanced client outcomes.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with industry best practices and innovative treatment approaches.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions along with coping strategies and community resources, equipping them with essential tools for recovery and support.
• Regularly contribute to case consultations and feedback sessions, facilitating a culture of learning and growth among peers.

Your primary focus will be on diverse clients, including adults and adolescents grappling with a range of mental health concerns such as anxiety disorders, mood disorders, trauma-related disturbances, and more. The role demands a keen ability to connect with these individuals, understanding their unique backgrounds and experiences, to deliver tailored therapeutic approaches for effective healing.

• A Master’s degree or Doctorate in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology, showcasing your commitment to high educational standards.
• Valid professional license as a LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW in California, affirming your qualifications and readiness to practice.
• Proficient in employing solution-focused therapeutic frameworks and advanced interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with clients.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities, enabling you to address client challenges effectively while guiding them toward positive mental health outcomes.
