Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of clients to identify their mental health needs, ensuring a thorough understanding of their unique circumstances.
• Develop, implement, and periodically review individualized treatment plans that reflect each client's goals and challenges, while integrating evidence-based methodologies suitable for low-acuity cases.
• Facilitate therapeutic sessions utilizing a variety of clinical techniques and interventions that align with best practices in mental health care.
• Effectively handle crisis situations with sensitivity and professionalism, employing appropriate de-escalation techniques and ensuring client safety.
• Engage in ongoing professional development activities, including continuing education and specialized training, to stay updated on the latest practices and state regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be working with pre-screened clients who present with low-acuity mental health issues. This includes individuals dealing with mild anxiety, mild depression, and situational stressors. By concentrating on these populations, you will be able to provide therapeutic interventions that are both impactful and rewarding, helping clients navigate their challenges and improve their mental resilience.

Qualifications

• Must possess an active licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or PsyD to practice in California.
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related mental health discipline is required.
• Demonstrated ability to create a nurturing and collaborative environment for clients, ensuring open communication and trust-building.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage a caseload effectively.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience in a mental health setting is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $110,000 to $130,000, commensurate with experience and education level.
