• Conduct live virtual therapy sessions for adult clients, using empathetic listening and evidence-based practices to address various emotional and psychological issues.
• Utilize clinical assessment tools to evaluate client progress and tailor treatment plans accordingly, ensuring a personalized therapeutic experience.
• Maintain accurate and detailed clinical documentation within a streamlined therapist-friendly electronic system, ensuring the information is readily accessible and comprehensible.
• Collaborate with the leadership team for case consultation, sharing insights and strategies to enhance treatment efficacy and team synergy.
• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss treatment outcomes, share best practices, and contribute to the development of innovative service delivery models.

The ideal candidate will be working primarily with adult clients facing a diverse range of psychological challenges and emotional disturbances. Our clientele often require immediate attention and tailored therapeutic interventions that align with their individual needs. This role demands a strong understanding of various mental health issues, and a compassionate approach to help clients navigate their journeys towards recovery.

• Master's or doctoral degree in a mental health-related field (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC) is required.
• An active, unrestricted license to practice independently as a mental health professional. Additional state licenses are a plus, adding value to our multidimensional care.
• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a clinical setting, demonstrating the ability to manage diverse client cases effectively.
• Strong proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic modalities, particularly in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), is essential for addressing adult populations.

• Experience conducting therapy in a virtual environment, including familiarity with telehealth procedures and technology.
• Proven track record of using digital tools to enhance therapeutic engagement and client progress.
• Demonstrated success in creating individualized treatment plans and adapting strategies based on client feedback and assessment outcomes.
