• Provide direct clinical services to clients facing major mental health issues or severe emotional disorders through individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
• Establish and maintain trusting relationships with clients and other healthcare professionals, ensuring a supportive therapeutic environment.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evidence-based screenings that accurately identify client needs and facilitate appropriate care planning.
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to create and implement integrated care plans that connect clients to necessary resources and services.
• Monitor client progress, ensuring that treatment remains aligned with the clients' goals and needs, adjusting strategies as necessary.
• Assist with crisis intervention efforts, providing timely support and resources for clients in emergency situations.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and ethical guidelines, promoting a safe and respectful space for all clients.
• Engage in quality improvement initiatives and participate in committees aimed at enhancing service delivery and client outcomes.
• Complete administrative tasks such as maintaining accurate case documentation, reporting, and timely submission of data.
• Participate in on-call support as assigned, providing necessary services beyond regular program hours.

The LCSW will primarily support a diverse clientele, including individuals from low-income backgrounds, people with severe mental health conditions, and underserved populations requiring compassionate and culturally competent care. Your role is instrumental in empowering clients to navigate their mental health challenges and access appropriate resources.

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
• License to practice as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Nevada.
• Expertise in conducting assessments, diagnosis, and treatment planning for clients with mental health conditions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to document clinical interactions clearly and concisely.
• Organizational abilities and planning skills to manage a diverse caseload effectively.
• Competence in addressing age-specific or specialty issues pertinent to the population served.

• A minimum of two years of experience as a clinician in social work or mental health settings is preferred.
• Experience working with diverse populations and understanding the unique challenges they face, particularly in a community health context.
• Familiarity with collaborating within a multidisciplinary care team and experience in integrated care settings.

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 85,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
