This is a leadership position for someone who enjoys creating opportunities, building executive relationships, closing complex commercial agreements, and developing a team that delivers exceptional client experiences.ย 

Position Summary:ย 

Theย Seniorย Enterpriseย Salesย Executive & Team Managerย is responsible forย developing new enterpriseย business, expanding existing strategic accounts, and leading the Account Management Team.ย 

This individual willย maintainย an active sales pipeline while providing leadership, coaching, and accountability for the account managementย team.ย 

The ideal candidate combines the mindset of a business developer with the leadership skills needed to build long-term customer relationships and scalable revenue growth.ย 

Primary Responsibilities:ย 

Enterprise Business Developmentย 

  • Generate new enterprise opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, referrals, and strategic outreach.ย 
  • Build relationships with executive decision-makers including C-suite executives, Facility Directors, Operations Leaders, Procurement Teams, and Real Estate professionals.ย 
  • Develop strategic account plans focused on long-term recurring revenue.ย 
  • Manage complex sales cycles fromย initialย contact through contract execution.ย 
  • Build andย maintainย a healthy sales pipeline withย accurateย forecasting.ย 

Strategic Account Growth:ย 

  • Develop growth strategies for existing national and regional customers.ย 
  • Identifyย opportunities for service expansion,ย additionalย locations, and crossย and value added-selling.ย 
  • Conduct executive business reviews with key clients.ย 
  • Improve customer retention through proactive relationship management.ย 
  • Serve as executive sponsor for strategic customer relationships.ย 

Team Leadership:ย 

  • Lead, coach, and develop the Account Management Team.ย 
  • Establish performance expectations, KPIs, and accountability.ย 
  • Mentor team members in customer service, account management, communication, and relationship development.ย 
  • Collaborate with Operations, Dispatch,ย Sub-Vendor Team, Project Management, Billing, and Executive Leadership to ensure outstanding clientย experience.ย 
  • Participate in recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and performance management.ย
