• Conduct individual therapy sessions via video chat with a focus on enhancing clients' mental health and well-being.
• Facilitate open discussions that encourage clients to explore their emotions and experiences, enabling them to gain deeper insights into their mental health challenges.
• Advocate for clients by helping them clearly define their goals and desired outcomes from therapy.
• Assess clients' mental health conditions systematically, and develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans employing evidence-based approaches.
• Utilize the therapist portal to track client progress, document sessions, and collaborate with our administrative team to minimize paperwork and streamline processes.

Our clientele comprises individuals seeking mental health support who have been prescreened to ensure stability and low acuity. The focus is on providing compassionate and effective counseling tailored to a wide range of situational and emotional challenges, which can often be addressed within a solution-focused context.

• Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.
• Possession of an independent license issued by a recognized state board, such as:
• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT);
• Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC);
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Ability to make professional evaluations and informed decisions regarding treatment planning and implementation.
• Strong interpersonal skills, a compassionate nature, and the ability to establish rapport with clients.
• Proficient computer skills to navigate digital platforms for client management and documentation.

• Experience providing therapy to diverse populations, demonstrating cultural competence and sensitivity.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities, enabling a tailored approach to client treatment.
• Prior experience in a community health setting or teletherapy is highly valued.
