As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, your core responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individual therapy sessions through secure video chat platforms, demonstrating ethical standards while fostering a safe space for clients.
• Utilizing evidence-based and solution-focused treatment modalities to create personalized treatment plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
• Engaging actively with clients to help them develop insights into their emotions, behaviors, and relationships, facilitating personal growth and healing.
• Monitoring clients' progress through regular reviews and assessments, adapting treatment plans as necessary to ensure continued effectiveness and client satisfaction.

You will engage with a diverse client population, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health challenges. To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Counseling or a closely related field.
• An active and unrestricted licensure as a Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) within the state of Illinois.
