• Conduct comprehensive client assessments to identify mental health issues and develop tailored treatment plans that guide therapy sessions.
• Deliver high-quality individual and couples therapy using established methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Utilize behavioral techniques and interventions to facilitate client progress and equip them with coping strategies.
• Maintain meticulous and up-to-date electronic records, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations while documenting client interactions and treatment outcomes.
• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops and training courses to remain at the forefront of mental health practices.

You will primarily work with a diverse population of individuals and couples facing a broad spectrum of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and stress management. Your role will involve assessing the unique situations of each client, adapting therapeutic approaches accordingly, and fostering a safe environment for open discussion and personal growth.

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Possession of active licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Georgia.
• A minimum of two years’ post-graduate clinical experience in a mental health setting.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish trusting relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems to facilitate efficient documentation processes.

• Experience in behavioral therapy and working with couples in therapy settings.

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $90,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
