Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to understand client histories and needs, tailoring your approach to provide personalized care plans.
  • Deliver individual and group therapy sessions, employing various therapeutic techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and solution-focused therapy, to facilitate client progress.
  • Monitor and document client progress through regular evaluations, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to adapt to changing client circumstances.
  • Maintain thorough and accurate clinical records using electronic medical record systems to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and support continuity of care.
  • Engage in continuous professional development through training, workshops, and supervision to stay abreast of new therapeutic modalities and best practices.
Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist with Couples Learn, Ltd, you will support a diverse client base, including individuals and couples facing a myriad of mental health challenges. This may include anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma-related concerns. Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.
  • Active and valid licensure as an LPC, LCSW, or LMFT.
  • A minimum of two years of clinical experience providing mental health counseling.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients from varied backgrounds.
  • Proficiency with electronic medical record systems is preferred and will enhance your ability to deliver effective care.
Preferred Experience

Experience in a community health setting or previous work with couples and families will be advantageous. Familiarity with trauma-informed care practices and evidence-based therapeutic techniques will give you a head start in this role.

Compensation and Benefits

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
