SUMMARY

As a Project Manager at Finalsite, youโ€™ll be the go-to expert guiding schools through the successful launch of their websites, communication platforms, and mobile apps. Youโ€™ll manage multiple projects at once, ensuring everything stays on track, on time, and stress-free for our clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Own the project experience by guiding schools and districts through website, communications, and mobile app implementations with clarity and confidence.

  • Serve as a key part of the client journey, building trusted relationships and ensuring clients feel supported from kickoff through launch and beyond.

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing timelines, deliverables, client expectations, and key project performance metrics.

  • Drive project timelines and accountability by proactively managing milestones, identifying risks, and ensuring projects stay on track toward launch and client success goals.

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and consultants, to bring school visions to life.

  • Use project management tools to track progress, monitor KPIs, set milestones, and communicate updates to clients and internal teams.

  • Ensure clear communication by setting expectations, proactively addressing roadblocks, and keeping clients informed at every stage.

  • Provide consultative recommendations and strategic guidance on website structure, content organization, communications, and digital engagement best practices.

  • Advise schools on best practices for websites, communications, and mobile engagement to maximize their Finalsite tools.

  • Foster a positive, stress-free project experience by anticipating needs and providing solutions before challenges arise.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
  • 3+ years of experience in project management, leading project teams, or a related role,

  • Certification(s) in project management is a plus.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with varying levels of complexity, budgets, and timelines, while keeping all details organized and on track.

  • Strong ability to work independently, anticipating challenges and proactively solving problems without needing constant direction.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships and provide a seamless project experience.

  • Skilled at driving timelines and keeping clients informed while ensuring deliverables stay on schedule.

  • Comfortable working across multiple software systems and tools to track progress, streamline workflows, and manage resources effectively.
