We are seeking an experiencedField Service Technician / Electrical Technicianto join our team. This role requires strong troubleshooting ability, commercial electrical experience, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to customers in the field.

The ideal candidate will have4+ years of electrical experiencein commercial environments.Apprenticeship training is preferred.

This position involvestroubleshooting, installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems at customer locations, while ensuring safety, quality, and excellent service.


Responsibilities

Electrical Troubleshooting & Repair

Diagnose and resolve electrical issues incommercial systems and equipment

Perform repairs to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance

Identify root causes of electrical failures and implement solutions

Installation & Maintenance

Install electrical systems, components, and equipment

Perform preventative maintenance on commercial electrical systems

Ensure all work meetslocal codes, safety standards, and company procedures

Customer Service

Interact professionally with customers at job sites

Provide guidance onpreventive maintenance and electrical safety

Maintain strong relationships with clients through quality service

Documentation & Reporting

Maintain accurate records of:

Service calls

Repairs and maintenance

Training

Expenses

Qualifications

Experience

Minimum4 years of electrical experience

Commercial electrical installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting experience required

Electrical apprenticeship training preferred

Technical Skills

Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting ability

Ability to read and interpretelectrical schematics, blueprints, and diagrams

Familiarity with commercial electrical systems and equipment

Communication

Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills

Ability to interact professionally with customers and team members

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift up to50 lbs

Capable of bending, kneeling, climbing, and standing for extended periods
