The Senior Manager, AI Solutions is a strategic, client-facing leader who drives the identification, development, and adoption of AI-enabled and custom technology solutions across Quanta's EPC and field operations. In this role, you will own a portfolio of AI initiatives—translating operational challenges into scalable solutions, quantifying program value, and influencing how our business units invest in and adopt emerging technology.

This is not a purely technical role. You will operate at the intersection of strategy, product, and delivery—partnering with operational leaders to shape opportunity, building rapid prototypes to test and demonstrate value, and establishing the frameworks and processes that mature our AI practice over time. Success here means earning trust with business stakeholders, shipping things that work, and building a team and operating model positioned for long-term impact.

  • Lead the identification and prioritization of AI and technology opportunities across EPC and operational functions, working directly with business unit leaders to surface high-value use cases
  • Define, measure, and communicate the ROI and business impact of AI programs and solutions—building the metrics frameworks and reporting structures that demonstrate value to senior stakeholders
  • Support the definition and execution of strategy, resourcing, and delivery approach for the AI Solutions team—maturing team operations, service delivery, and internal capabilities
  • Create rapid prototypes and proof-of-concept solutions to validate ideas quickly and build stakeholder confidence before committing to full-scale development
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to operational and business unit leaders, translating complex AI and technology concepts into clear business cases and actionable recommendations
  • Partner with Forward Deployed Engineers and technical teams to shape solution scope, define requirements, and ensure delivery aligns to business intent
  • Drive adoption and change management for new AI solutions—developing communication plans, user enablement materials, and feedback loops to sustain impact post-launch
  • Manage vendor and partner relationships—evaluating AI and technology solutions, leading proof-of-concept engagements, and overseeing ongoing performance and contract alignment

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
  • 10-15 years of experience in product management, strategy, management consulting, or technology program leadership, with meaningful recent exposure to AI or enterprise software

Licenses / Certifications:

  • None required
  • Product management, AI/ML, or cloud certifications are a plus

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Demonstrated ability to identify business problems, frame solution hypotheses, and drive alignment with senior stakeholders across complex organizations
  • Strong command of product and program management practices—roadmapping, prioritization, OKR/KPI definition, and phased delivery
  • Fluency in AI/ML concepts and the enterprise AI landscape; ability to evaluate tools and vendors with both technical and business judgment
  • Experience building business cases, ROI models, and executive-level presentations that translate technology investments into operational outcomes
  • Consultative communication style with the ability to build trust, challenge assumptions constructively, and drive decisions across organizational boundaries
  • Hands-on comfort with prototyping and low-code/no-code tools; ability to get into the details when needed to move work forward
  • Experience in EPC, construction, energy, utilities, or other asset-intensive industries is strongly preferred

  • Competitive compensation and benefits package
  • Flexible work options (on-site, hybrid, or remote)
  • Educational assistance and learning resources
  • Wellness and Mental Health programs
  • Paid Parental Care Leave
  • Employee Referral Program
  • Learning and Development Programs
  • In-office amenities and perks (where applicable)
