Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine the social, emotional, and behavioral needs of students based on their academic and personal challenges.
  • Develop individualized intervention plans that include tailored strategies and resources to foster students' well-being.
  • Provide one-on-one and group counseling to address various issues, including behavior management strategies, self-esteem challenges, peer relationships, and crisis intervention.
  • Work collaboratively with teachers, administrators, and parents to implement effective strategies that promote academic success and emotional growth.
