We are seeking a Client Success Associate to provide responsive, thoughtful, and solutions focused support to our users. In this remote role, you will help address questions, resolve concerns, maintain accurate support records, and collaborate with internal teams to create a consistently positive user experience.

The ideal candidate is a clear communicator who enjoys helping others, approaches problems with curiosity and good judgment, and can manage multiple priorities effectively in a remote environment.

What You'll Do
  • Respond to user questions and support requests with professionalism, empathy, and accuracy.
  • Develop a strong working knowledge of Duolingo products, services, resources, and support processes.
  • Listen carefully to user concerns, identify underlying needs, and provide clear and appropriate solutions.
  • Manage multiple conversations and requests while maintaining consistent service and attention to detail.
  • Document user interactions, actions, and resolutions accurately within CRM and internal support systems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams when an issue requires additional expertise, investigation, or follow up.
  • Recognize recurring questions or service issues and communicate useful observations to appropriate team members.
  • Follow established procedures for handling user information, privacy, confidentiality, and internal records.
  • Adapt to evolving products, processes, priorities, and support needs.
  • Maintain dependable communication, organization, and productivity while working independently in a remote environment.
