• Conduct secure and confidential remote therapy sessions for individuals and groups using a user-friendly telehealth platform, ensuring all interactions adhere to ethical standards.
• Perform comprehensive assessments of clients' emotional, social, and mental health needs, developing and implementing personalized treatment plans tailored to each individual's circumstances.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention support as needed, ensuring clients' safety and well-being during challenging times.
• Assist clients in connecting with vital community resources, social services, and support systems that promote holistic health and well-being.
• Maintain accurate electronic client records, including progress notes and treatment plans, in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring a meticulous documentation process.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary educational and mental health teams to deliver coordinated and effective care tailored to each client's needs.
• Educate clients on coping strategies, effective communication skills, and self-care techniques, fostering independence and resilience in managing their mental health.
• Engage in continuous professional development, keeping abreast of current research and best practices in clinical social work and teletherapy.

Your primary focus will be on serving students within the school system, addressing various emotional and behavioral challenges they may face. This includes working with children and adolescents from diverse backgrounds, who may be encountering issues such as anxiety, depression, social skills deficits, trauma, and familial disruptions. Your role is pivotal in helping these young individuals navigate their personal challenges and achieve better mental health outcomes.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Georgia.
• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) or a closely related field.
• A minimum of three years of experience in a relevant field, particularly within mental health, social services, or educational settings.
• Strong proficiency in telehealth technologies and platforms for delivering effective remote therapy.
