This position offers a fully remote work setting, allowing flexibility in balancing professional responsibilities with personal commitments. While you will primarily work from home, access to necessary digital tools and telehealth resources will be provided to ensure effective delivery of services.

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate each student's mental health concerns, strengths, and coping strategies.
• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions via telehealth platforms, utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and trauma-focused therapy.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with clearly defined goals and interventions, tailored to the unique needs of each student.
• Collaborate closely with school staff, including teachers and administrators, to ensure a holistic approach to student well-being and success.
• Facilitate crisis interventions, conducting risk assessments and safety planning as required in urgent situations.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of interventions and progress in accordance with professional and ethical standards.
• Lead group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups aimed at fostering peer connections and resilience.

This role centers on providing care to students within a school system, including those facing mental health disorders such as anxiety, depression, and trauma-related issues. You will engage with a diverse range of students, helping them navigate personal challenges and emotional disturbances while fostering a supportive atmosphere conducive to healing and academic growth. Your work will contribute directly to improved student outcomes, both emotionally and academically.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• Active and unrestricted state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• At least two years of hands-on experience in a mental health or outpatient setting, preferably within educational environments.
• Strong proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic practices and approaches.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and assessment skills, with the ability to connect with students and their families.

• Previous experience working collaboratively within school systems and an understanding of educational frameworks.
• Proficiency in utilizing digital health technologies and telehealth platforms for service delivery.
• Demonstrated skills in crisis intervention and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
