• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate patient needs and formulate personalized treatment plans.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy, tailored to individual clients.
• Lead psychoeducational and support groups fostering community connections and peer support.
• Engage collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals, to provide coordinated patient care.
• Deliver crisis intervention services, skillfully managing mental health emergencies while providing support and stability to clients in distress.
• Educate clients on their mental health conditions and treatment processes, empowering them with knowledge and resources.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards using electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Participate actively in team meetings and case consultations to share insights and advancements in treatment modalities.

This role primarily serves a diverse clientele, including individuals grappling with chronic mental health disorders, stress-related issues, and those seeking personal growth and empowerment. Your expertise will help clients from various backgrounds achieve their therapeutic goals, leading to improved mental health outcomes and personal fulfillment.

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Active and valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Georgia.
• Robust knowledge of mental health disorders, evidence-based treatment methodologies, and applicable therapeutic approaches.
• Demonstrated experience in delivering both individual and group therapy sessions effectively to varied populations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to forge strong therapeutic relationships.
• Sound judgment and commitment to maintaining professional boundaries and ethical standards.
• Proficient in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and various digital communication tools.

While two years of relevant experience is required, candidates with additional years of experience in a clinical setting, specifically in telehealth environments, will be viewed favorably. Comfort with technology and previous experience working with diverse populations are also advantageous.
