• Conduct in-depth assessments to identify clients' social, emotional, and environmental challenges, using evidence-based methodologies to ensure comprehensive understanding.
• Develop tailored service plans that outline clear goals and interventions, as well as continuous progress monitoring to keep clients on track.
• Provide one-on-one and family counseling to support clients through life transitions, trauma, and personal challenges, empowering them to access resources and improve their circumstances.
• Collaborate with clients to create personalized action plans, helping them navigate community resources to obtain housing, employment, and mental health support.
• Administer crisis intervention and risk assessments to ensure client safety, alongside developing safety plans when necessary.
• Work closely with community agencies to coordinate services and advocate for clients' needs, facilitating comprehensive care across different organizations.
• Engage in proactive community outreach efforts to raise awareness about our services and build stronger connections within the community.
• Participate in case conferences and team meetings to share insights, challenge resolution strategies, and contribute to professional development through staff training.

The clients you will serve encompass a broad spectrum of ages, backgrounds, and experiences, primarily focusing on individuals and families grappling with socio-economic challenges. Your role will involve working with diverse populations, including those facing homelessness, mental health issues, substance abuse challenges, and domestic violence. A trauma-informed approach is critical as it aligns with our commitment to support and empower clients holistically.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).
• Strong communication skills are essential, with an emphasis on cultural competence and sensitivity to social justice issues.
• Demonstrated ability to assess complicated social and economic situations, while offering effective counseling and support.
• Proficient knowledge of community resources and a genuine desire to advocate for vulnerable populations.

• Previous experience working within a social service agency or related settings is highly preferred, showcasing your understanding of the systemic issues facing clients.
• Familiarity with electronic record-keeping systems and case management software that enhances service delivery.
• Experience in community outreach and public speaking engagements to promote awareness of services.

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 60,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
