Position Overview

Flourish Counsel Connect is actively seeking compassionate and dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs) to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients’ needs and challenges, developing personalized treatment plans that address specific issues.
• Implement and adapt evidence-based therapeutic interventions, ensuring positive outcomes for clients.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and clinical best practices.
• Collaborate actively with a cross-disciplinary treatment team, including psychologists, psychiatrists, and other mental health professionals, to formulate comprehensive care strategies.
• Stay updated on current research and best practices in clinical social work to enhance service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As an LCSW at Flourish Counsel Connect, you will work primarily with individuals facing mental health challenges such as trauma, anxiety, and depression. Your role will be crucial in providing individualized support to a diverse clientele, ensuring their unique experiences and backgrounds are respected and incorporated into their treatment.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• Must possess a valid and active LCSW license to practice in Florida.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on collaborative teamwork.
• Ability to engage empathetically with clients and their support systems.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working with diverse populations in a clinical setting is desirable.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems and telehealth practices.
• Background in crisis intervention and trauma-informed care will be considered an asset.

Compensation and Benefits

At Flourish Counsel Connect, we offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to an attractive compensation package, you will have access to comprehensive benefits, including:
