• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to effectively understand the mental health concerns of clients.
• Develop tailored treatment plans that employ evidence-based modalities specific to each client's unique needs.
• Facilitate individual therapy sessions, guiding clients toward their therapeutic goals while monitoring their progress throughout treatment.
• Provide teletherapy options for clients who may prefer virtual sessions or have accessibility concerns, ensuring that quality care is accessible to all.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment plans, adhering to both ethical and regulatory standards.
• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities, enhancing clinical skills and staying updated with emerging practices in the mental health field.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required, along with a master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Demonstrated exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, fostering a safe and trusting therapeutic relationship with clients.
• Exhibit empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude towards clients’ experiences and challenges.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively manage your caseload and administrative responsibilities.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in providing mental health counseling is preferred.
• Experience with diverse populations and knowledge of various therapeutic approaches is a plus.
• Proficiency in teletherapy platforms and remote counseling services is advantageous.

• Competitive compensation package ranging from USD 60,000 to 80,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload.
