In this role, you will: 

  • Conduct learning needs analyses and identify role-based training requirements.
  • Design and develop eLearning, instructor-led, virtual instructor-led training, job aids, and performance support materials.
  • Partner with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to translate complex processes into effective learning experiences.
  • Support train-the-trainer programs, pilot sessions, and end-user readiness activities.
  • Measure training effectiveness and continuously improve learning solutions based on feedback and adoption metrics.

Who You Are: 

  • 5+ years of instructional design experience supporting technology or business transformation programs.
  • Expertise with digital learning tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, Captivate, or similar platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and learner-centered design.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Experience with Sales, Trade Promotion Management, Commercial Operations, or other enterprise business systems is a plus.
