Sodexo is hiring an innovative Sr. Manager to lead proposal content strategy and knowledge management, leveraging AI and automation to improve proposal quality, efficiency, and competitive positioning.

Preferred candidates wil be based in Eastern or Central time zones.

About the job

You will lead the design and delivery of impactful sales training programs that empower teams to excel and drive business success. This role offers the opportunity to shape learning strategies, manage a dynamic team, and influence skill development across all levels of the organization.

The role of an individual contributor within the organization focuses on completing specific tasks and projects; contributing directly through their skills and expertise. Performs specialized technical tasks to support operations. Work is primarily achieved independently, however may collaborate with a team.

Pay Range: $86275 - $133870

Incentive Eligibility: Eligible to participate in Sodexo's incentive plan and earn variable compensation in addition to base salary

• Design and deliver both informal and formal learning solutions that engage learners and achieve desired outcomes, ensuring content is accessible on appropriate platforms and delivered on schedule.
• Manage and develop a team of learning facilitators, course managers, instructional designers, and eLearning developers to ensure readiness for program delivery.
• Create and implement a delivery strategy that supports current and future learning programs, focusing on continuous improvement and team capability building.
• Facilitate a wide range of courses including managerial skills, technical procedures, new employee orientation, safety, and compliance, adapting methods to meet diverse learner needs.
• Employ advanced facilitation techniques such as debriefing, questioning, and constructive feedback to drive skill development and behavioral change aligned with business goals.
• Manage ad hoc projects and deliver learning solutions tailored for executive-level audiences, ensuring timely and effective execution.

• Education Requirement: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Related Experience: 3 years
