Job Description:
Elite Documents is hiring a remote Office Aide to support our document processing operations. This is a fully remote, full-time position with room to grow.
What You'll Do:
- Process and manage documents accurately and on time
- Perform data entry and organize digital files
- Handle administrative tasks and correspondence
- Support daily office operations remotely
What We're Looking For:
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
- Experience with document processing or administrative work preferred
- Notary Public license (or willingness to obtain — we provide guidance)
Compensation:
- Introductory rate for the first 90 days, followed by a pay increase
- Pay open to growth based on workload
- Annual performance evaluations
