• Maintain a manageable caseload comprising diverse clients, establishing rapport and ensuring that professional ethics and boundaries are upheld in all interactions.
• Conduct regular sessions with clients to discuss progress, assess stability, and prepare for potential discharge when appropriate, fostering a collaborative therapeutic relationship.
• Create, implement, and monitor individual treatment plans tailored to client needs, ensuring that these plans are person-centered and focused on measurable outcomes.

• A Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling is required to ensure a strong foundation in clinical practice.
