Work Environment

Our remote work setting gives you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your home while maintaining a strong connection with your colleagues through regular virtual meetings and collaborative discussions. Our outpatient office culture emphasizes teamwork, continual learning, and providing high-quality patient care. While your standard work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 4 PM, some flexibility may be required based on patient needs and schedules.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to identify patient needs and develop evidence-based treatment plans that address their unique circumstances.
  • Utilize therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to provide effective treatment tailored to individual client goals.
  • Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and other relevant standards.
  • Engage in collaborative discussions with an interdisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to enhance care delivery.
  • Participate in weekly case consultations and peer review meetings to ensure the highest standard of care and share best practices among team members.
  • Educate patients and their families about mental health diagnoses, treatment options, and community resources, empowering them to become active participants in their recovery.
  • Stay informed about the latest research and advancements in the mental health field, integrating new knowledge into practice.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with adult clients facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, depression, and effects of traumatic experiences. Understanding the diverse backgrounds and unique needs of each client will be essential in providing personalized, culturally competent care.

Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
  • A valid and active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
  • Demonstrable proficiency in solution-focused psychotherapy interventions and a commitment to delivering compassionate, client-centered care.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective engagement with clients and teamwork with colleagues.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with the capability to navigate complex case scenarios.
