• Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' mental health needs, documenting their backgrounds and experiences to inform personalized treatment plans.

You will serve a wide-ranging client base, providing support to individuals grappling with issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, trauma, and adjustment disorders. • A current and valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for effectively building rapport with clients in a virtual therapy setting.
• Empathy, patience, and professionalism in handling sensitive client concerns and mental health challenges.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage schedules and documentation efficiently in a remote work environment.

• Experience providing therapy in a remote setting, showcasing familiarity with telehealth platforms and virtual communication tools.
• Previous work with diverse populations, demonstrating an understanding of cultural influences on mental health.
• Proficiency in various therapeutic methodologies, including but not limited to cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy.

• Annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 104,000, based on the caseload and level of experience.
