Base pay range

$160,000.00/yr - $220,000.00/yr

Job Title: Litigation Associate (Remote โ€“ California)

Location: Remote (Must be barred in California)

Compensation: $150,000 โ€“ $200,000 DoE

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Litigation Associate to join a fast growing litigation team. This is a fully remote position open to attorneys barred in California with strong experience handling general liability matters. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in all phases of litigation and a desire to take ownership of cases in a collaborative, flexible work environment.

The ideal Litigation Attorney will possess the following:

  • 5+ years of defense litigation experience.
  • Experience in different practice areas - general liability, product liability, commercial litigation, personal injury, and construction law.
  • Experience in all phases of discovery, including written discovery and depositions.
  • Process-oriented mindset, with proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to foster strong relationships with potential clients while maintaining excellent services for existing clients.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues across departments and offices, contributing to a cohesive and supportive team environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, oral advocacy, writing skills, and motivation.
  • Strong attention to detail, highly organized & has impeccable communication skills.
  • JD from an accredited law school.
  • Admitted to practice in the State of California
