Product Manager, Intelligent Document Processing

Location: Remote – US Work Model: Remote

About the Role

The Product Manager, Intelligent Document Processing contributes to and supports the development and delivery of features for a defined product area. This role collaborates with senior product managers, technical teams, and cross-functional partners to execute on established product plans and contribute input to roadmap activities. The Product Manager applies analytical thinking, gathers input from users and stakeholders, and helps drive outcomes through coordinated execution.

Here's What You'll Do
  • Contribute to product innovation by identifying customer needs, market signals, and improvement opportunities within the Intelligent Document Processing product area; maintain assigned portions of the product backlog and support the product roadmap to help translate product vision into actionable work
  • Assess market opportunities using industry data and internal insights to inform prioritization recommendations; contribute to the development of business cases by gathering data, clarifying requirements, and helping evaluate options
  • Contribute to backlog prioritization activities in alignment with program and business objectives; independently collaborate with engineering, UX, and technical leadership to refine requirements and ensure clarity for development teams
  • Participate in launch readiness by collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Services, Support, Enablement, and Training to support successful product releases
  • Build and maintain working relationships with internal stakeholders to understand needs and gather feedback; support delivery of training sessions or demos under the guidance of senior product managers
  • Assist in developing internal and customer-facing resources related to new features and product updates; apply data-driven insights to support product decisions and communicate findings across cross-functional teams
Role Essentials
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with proven experience in technology product management, including product lifecycle management from conception to launch
  • Experience applying data-driven insights to support business or product decisions; experience in business and spend analytics or product performance metrics
  • Sound judgment in decision-making within established guidelines; strong knowledge of technology product management and demonstrated knowledge of the software development life cycle
  • Oral and written communication skills that demonstrate a professional demeanor and the ability to interact with a variety of cross-functional roles; good collaboration skills applied successfully within a team and across all levels of the organization
  • Strong organizational skills including demonstrated prioritization skills in a rapidly changing environment; proficient in system analysis, procedure analysis, and problem resolution
