Cinfed is searching for a Consumer Loan Processor based in Cincinnati, OH at the Oakley Headquarters.
POSITION PURPOSE:
Responsible for providing support for consumer lending activities. Represents the Credit Union in a professional manner, on the phone and in person, assisting and referring members as necessary. Actively promotes the credit union’s full line of products and services. Provides and promotes the credit union’s service standards.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS INCLUDE:
  • Assuming responsibility for effectively reviewing and processing loan applications
  • Coordinating and preparing loan documentation for closing while ensuring that each loan is promptly and properly prepared, documented, processed, and approved.
  • Calculating terms, finance charges, and insurance on loans for proper disclosure on promissory notes.
  • Adhering to the credit union’s BSA/AML policies, procedures, and processes.
  • Completing a quality control of recently closed consumer loans to ensure all documents are imaged, signatures are verified, the loan is setup correctly in the system, and exceptions are documented correctly.
  • Assists with internal and external audits as needed.
  • Assists with the insurance verification by providing auto loan insurance documents to our insurance vendor.​
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
  • High school education or equivalent education is required
  • Must have a thorough understanding of financial services and products, strong organizational skills, and a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to collect and analyze data
  • Six months to two years of similar or related experience.
Work Schedule: Mon – Friday 8 – 5 and/or 9-6 Rotation. Sat – 9–1 Rotation
