The University of Pittsburgh School of Nursing is seeking qualified candidates for a DNP Project Coordinator (faculty position, full-time, non-tenure stream). This doctorally prepared nurse will assume primary oversight and guidance of the Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) scholarly projects required for program completion and accreditation compliance.
Remote and hybrid options are available for this role.
Desired Qualifications:
Experience advising or overseeing PhD or DNP projects in a graduate nursing or advanced practice program, as well as demonstrated knowledge of quality improvement, evidence-based practice, and systems-based leadership, is preferred though not required.
An earned doctorate in nursing or a field related to the area of scholarship within the School of Nursing is required.
Faculty promotion opportunities are available for all ranks. Qualifications for these appointment stream faculty positions include an earned doctorate (PhD or DNP) and eligibility for RN licensure in Pennsylvania or a compact state. Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) certification is preferred. Salary and academic rank are commensurate with qualifications and experience.
